⚠️ NO REFUND. NO RETURN. EXCHANGE ONLY.

IMPORTANT: At Ragefits, we do not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances. Please review all product details, size charts, and product images carefully before placing your order. Exchange requests may be considered strictly under the conditions outlined below.


🚫 NO REFUND POLICY

Ragefits does not issue monetary refunds under any circumstances. This includes:

• Change of mind or personal preference.
• Incorrect size selection (please refer to the Size Chart before ordering).
• Ordering multiple sizes for trial purposes.
• Shipping or delivery delays beyond our control.
• Dissatisfaction after receiving the product despite matching the advertised specifications.

Payment Terms

All prepaid and COD orders become non-refundable once the order is confirmed and processed. By placing an order with Ragefits, you acknowledge and agree that the transaction is final.

We do not accept returns once an order has been dispatched.

Every product undergoes multiple quality checks before shipping to ensure it meets our standards.

We strongly recommend reviewing:

💙 EXCHANGE POLICY

🔄 EXCHANGE IS AVAILABLE UNDER CONDITIONS

We don't offer refunds, but we do provide exchanges for eligible orders.

To qualify for an exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

✅ Pristine Condition

The product must be completely unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

✅ 8-Hour Request Window

Exchange requests must be raised within 8 hours of delivery.

✅ Unboxing Video Required

A clear and unedited unboxing video recorded from opening the sealed package until the product is fully visible is mandatory for all exchange claims.

✅ No Signs of Usage

Products showing wear, washing, stains, perfume, damage, or alterations will not qualify for exchange.

✅ Same Product Exchange

Exchanges are applicable only for a different size of the same product or another product of equal value, subject to stock availability.


❌ NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Incorrect size ordered despite size chart availability.
• Missing tags or damaged packaging.
• Used, washed, altered, or damaged products.
• Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery.
• Products purchased during special clearance or final sale events.


⚡ HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

STEP 01 — CONTACT US

Message our team on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.

STEP 02 — SHARE PROOF

Send your order number, clear product images, and the complete unedited unboxing video.

STEP 03 — REVIEW PROCESS

Our support team will verify your request and confirm eligibility within 24–48 hours.

STEP 04 — SHIP THE ITEM

Once approved, securely pack the product and ship it to the address provided by our team.

Note: Return shipping charges are borne by the customer.

STEP 05 — REPLACEMENT DISPATCHED

After inspection and approval, your exchange product will be dispatched.

Note: Ragefits covers the shipping cost for sending the replacement item back to you.
