We offer size exchanges only to ensure you get the perfect fit. All sizes are carefully measured and verified multiple times
NO REFUNDS are provided, especially for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Any additional charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.
Customers are responsible for both return and re-shipping costs for size exchanges.
A complete unboxing video (without cuts) is mandatory. The video must clearly show the parcel being opened from start to finish, including the product and packaging.
Any exchange request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
Requests without proper video proof will not be accepted.
